The number of interviews you may attend or assessments you undertake varies dependent on the role, but the recruitment team will always clearly communicate the process that will be followed and what the expectations are at each stage.

How should you prepare for your interview?

The best way to prepare for an interview at Transact is to research not only what we do but who we are as an organisation. As well as our website, our Investor Brochure will provide some additional key information.

We also recommend that you familiarise yourself with the role you are interviewing for by reading through the job description and any other interview materials provided. We want to make sure that joining Transact is the right decision for you, so all we ask is that you take the time to do your research, prepare some questions, be honest and be yourself.

What pre-employment screening can you expect?

As a regulated business we conduct thorough referencing for all successful candidates. This involves confirming, as a minimum, your highest level of education, relevant professional qualifications, six years of employment history as well as criminal and credit checks. This may vary depending on whether the role is subject to enhanced regulatory requirements. If you have any concerns relating to referencing, please raise this with a member of the recruitment team.

What should you do if there isn't a role currently advertised that is a good fit?

Recruitment agencies

Recruitment agencies please note we have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) in place. If you are interested in providing recruitment services to Transact then you can email us on and we will respond if we wish to proceed. The PSL is controlled by the recruitment team which must always be an agency’s first contact point. Any CV submitted by a non-authorised supplier, will be deemed the property of Transact and we reserve the right to engage directly with such candidates, no fee will be payable if the candidate is successfully employed.
