Our Purpose

The Miggins Family

A term you will often hear used at Transact is the Miggins family, this represents the clients who use Transact guided by a financial adviser. We also cater for entity clients such as corporates and trusts.

Transact enables clients and their adviser to hold their investments on a single platform across a range of tax wrappers. We provide custody, tax wrapping, trading and reporting, and facilitate inter-generational planning.

Transact delivers great service and value for money.

London – a great place to work and live

Based in Bank, in the heart of London City, the Transact office is at the epicentre of London’s busiest financial district.

We are located just a short distance from the Bank of England, The Royal Exchange and The Monument as well as modern structures such as the Lloyds building and the Gherkin.

Bank’s rich heritage, commanding architecture and wide range of high-end and chain eateries and bars, make it an exciting place to work and socialise.

Transact’s annual summer and Christmas events, and more casual staff get-togethers throughout the year try to explore the range of diverse and interesting venues that the city has to offer.

Bank is exceptionally well connected via tube, bus and train to all boroughs of the city. So, whether you want to live right in the buzzing centre, or in leafy suburban serenity, our office in Bank gives the flexibility to be based where suits you best.

Women in Finance

We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce. We believe that it will lead to better outcomes for our stakeholders and will contribute to ongoing success.

We recently signed up to the Women in Finance Charter and as part of our commitment to improving gender diversity we pledged to increase the number of women on our senior management team. Our current senior management team has a 38% female representation. Our target is to increase this representation to 45% by 2027.

Our Awards

We’re proud of the many awards we have won over the years. Our continued success is as a result of the constant hard work of the whole Transact Team. We want our staff to share in our successes, and so, they have the opportunity to attend the black-tie awards dinners which usually accompany these awards in exciting venues across London.

Staff can nominate a colleague who they feel deserves special recognition for their work, to be in with a chance to attend these events.
