Continued training and development

We encourage continued professional development to help staff reach their full potential.

Career development comes through a balanced programme of education, training and work experience. Staff have the option to take part in training programmes both internally and externally. We can cover all, or part of, the costs of courses provided they are approved by your manager and relevant to your role.


We offer an internal secondment programme. Offering development opportunities across departments enables employees to gain new experience and skills.

Secondment roles can last between 3 and 12 months and help staff understand how different areas of Transact work.
