Staff numbers
We have been recruiting throughout the year and continue to do so. This includes recruiting graduates plus other more experienced staff.
Systems
We have a number of developments in place that will improve our service delivery and speed up some of our processes. These include:
- Our AML checking process has become more automated.
- Our popular Guided Applications functionality has been extended to ISA Transfers.
- ORIGO is being integrated even further with our internal systems.
- New portfolios (where clients supplied their mobile number and email address) can be activated online.
