LIVECHAT NOW SUPPORTS CLIENT & TRANSACTION-SPECIFIC QUERIES

While LiveChat has long been one of the ways in which you can contact us for general enquiries, we are delighted to announce that we have recently expanded this option so that you can now ask client-specific and/or transaction-specific questions. This marks another step in our commitment to delivering fast, accessible, and personalised support for you and your clients.

What’s Changing?

This enhanced version of LiveChat differs from the previous setup by connecting advisers directly with their regional Client Services Managers (CSMs). From this week, you’ll be able to connect instantly with our CSMs via LiveChat, no matter where you or your clients are based. A number of dedicated LiveChat CSMs will be online each day, ensuring there’s always someone ready to help with your queries – whether it’s platform navigation, client portfolio questions, or operational support.

  • Immediate Answers: Get real-time responses to your questions, reducing wait times and keeping your workflow moving.
  • Consistent Coverage: With CSMs covering LiveChat daily, you can expect reliable support throughout the working week.
  • Expert Help: Our CSMs are experienced in handling a wide range of queries and are committed to providing clear, practical solutions.
  • Convenient Access: Simply use the LiveChat feature on the platform – no need to pick up the phone or wait for an email reply.
  • Direct Regional Support: LiveChat now routes queries to the appropriate regional client service team, enabling more personalised and efficient responses.
  • Client-Specific Help: Advisers can ask detailed questions about their clients’ portfolios, confident they’re speaking to someone familiar with their business.
