Integrations – mini events
You may have noticed that we have been actively enhancing our integrations – and with good reason. Our latest development, the Account Opening API, is just one example of how we’re working to simplify and streamline your processes and make financial planning easier.
At their core, integrations (via Application Programming Interfaces or API’s for short) allow systems to communicate directly with one another – removing the need for manual intervention. Instead of the traditional workflow of computer-to-human-to-computer, integrations enable a seamless computer-to-computer exchange. The result? Less rekeying, fewer errors, and more time for you to focus on what matters most: your clients.
We have produced this ‘one-pager’ explaining integrations and how they are relevant to you and Transact. If you’d like to know more or discuss an integration please contact Tom Phillips, our Integrations Manager, by email.
Our aim is to ensure that every integration we build delivers meaningful value to your business. That’s why we regularly highlight them in our adviser update, at events, and in our conversations with you. We want to make sure we’re investing in the areas that will have the greatest impact.
To build on this, we are planning a series of focused events this autumn, dedicated entirely to integrations and efficiency opportunities within adviser firms. These sessions will bring together the COOs of adviser firms, software providers (CRM/back office), and Transact to share insights, surface challenges, and explore innovative solutions that can help you operate more efficiently.
These mini-events won’t change the world overnight—but by bringing together advisers, their software providers, and Transact, we can better understand your needs and work collaboratively to find solutions that make a real difference.
We will start with firms using intelliflo (planned for 23 October) and Xplan (planned for 11 November), but we expect to involve other software providers as well – including those exploring AI-driven capabilities.
Our Account Opening API is just the beginning. We are committed to building integrations that continue to move the industry forward and make financial planning easier for you and your clients. We believe these mini events will help with that goal.
If you would like to attend please contact Tom Phillips by email.
