TRANSACT ONLINE (TOL) – RECENT ENHANCEMENTS
This month we made more great strides forward in our digitalisation programme of work.
Pension Drawdown
The digitalisation (removal of paper processing) of the drawdown process has proved to be a popular change. From zero online drawdowns processed in January (before it was introduced) to nearly 70% of drawdowns now executed online is a great demonstration of how better online services are quickly and easily adopted. Remember that this digitalisation removes the need for a client signature – we play back (via a letter) to the client what has been executed on their behalf.
In this latest iteration, we have added partial drawdown, top up and phased drawdown to our ‘Request Pension Drawdown’ page. Full drawdown is already available via this page. As an additional aid, the intended drawdown types (full, partial, top up and phased) will be determined based on the inputs you enter.

Illustration Form Removal
When creating an illustration for a client who is already on the platform, some processes will no longer generate a form if everything being illustrated can be completed via TOL.
If any aspect being illustrated cannot be actioned online, all the corresponding forms will still be produced.
