TRANSACT ONLINE (TOL) – RECENT ENHANCEMENTS
As part of our digitalisation programme of work, we have launched two key enhancements this month that have been regularly asked for by advisers and discretionary investment managers alike.
Watch this TOL development video.
Family linking online
You can now link family groups online, making your life easier and saving your clients money by reducing their charges.
These will link automatically if individuals share the same postcode or will automatically create a request to link where postcodes don’t match.
You can set family links within Transact Online, under Housekeeping > Family Linking
This feature gives you more control and cuts down on client paperwork when advising families on intergenerational wealth.
Reattempt rebalance
The new ‘Reattempt’ feature significantly improves the rebalancing process for advisers and Discretionary Investment Managers who use templates to manage client investments via bulk transfers. Previously, wrappers couldn’t be rebalanced if there were pending transactions. The new functionality automatically reattempts rebalancing the wrapper, twice a day, for up to five business days. The reattempted rebalance will expire after five business days if transactions remain incomplete.
Advisers and Discretionary Investment Managers will receive detailed reports in their Pickup Page showing which wrappers succeeded, failed, or expired, eliminating the need for manual checks. This creates a more efficient rebalancing process, saving you time and effort.
