Transact Online (TOL) – Recent Enhancements

This month we have made improvements to the Adviser and Client Dashboard which now displays the latest cash interest on offer,  performance reporting in the form of Internal Rate of Return calculations, as well as the ability for you to run a report to indicate where we have received notification of returned post and/or where client details may need to be updated.

Our market-leading interest on pooled cash is now displayed on TOL when you first log in. We have added the cash interest rate to the client’s and adviser’s Dashboard/Home page. We also provide a link to more detail.

Reports > Investor Personal Details 

To help to manage gone away clients and support our compliance with Consumer Duty an additional new data point indicates if we have received returned post from your clients. Returned post suggests the client’s address may need updating. The data point ‘Post Returned – address update required’ will show ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. Snippet of video on just this item

Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for Clients

From the results of recent Transact Client Surveys, and in support of helping you and to comply with the Consumer Duty, we are providing clients with “more performance reporting”. Now clients can generate their IRR themselves. They can view last year’s IRR or other date ranges going all the way back to the inception of their portfolio. You can see an example of this report by selecting ‘Try a demo investor’ on the demonstration website and then selecting Reports > Investment Summary. You can share this video with you clients to demonstrate where to find it. Client IRR video.

The IRR for a particular client is also available in your adviser’s online account under Tools > Performance Analysis.
