TRANSACT ONLINE (TOL) – RECENT ENHANCEMENTS

As part of our digitalisation programme of work, we have launched two key enhancements this month that have been regularly asked for by advisers and discretionary investment managers alike.

  • Trusted Device: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for TOL is being mandated for advisers (in September) and clients (by year-end) . A new feature, Trusted Device, allows users to mark their device as safe for 30 days. When logging in from a trusted device, MFA won’t be required, making access quicker and more convenient.   • Portfolio Details Report: The Investor Personal Details and Investor Portfolio Details reports have been merged into a single, streamlined report. This eliminates the prospect of any confusion- like where to check if Mrs Miggins has a direct debit mandate—and presents information in clearly categorised sections for easier navigation. (short video 33 seconds).
