MFA Log in support
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) plays a crucial role in protecting your account by adding an extra layer of defence against unauthorised access. This ensures that even if your login credentials are compromised, your account will remain secure.
MFA is a security process that requires an additional code in conjunction with your password to log in to the Transact platform. There are multiple methods available to verify your identity. You can receive your one-time security code via:
- authenticator application (app)
- SMS text message.
To help you, the below short videos provide straightforward guidance on setting up MFA via authenticator apps and using MFA to log in to your account online. If you prefer, you can follow this MFA Guide. It includes information on email and SMS methods too.
