Account opening integrations
intelliflo
Transact has partnered with intelliflo to deliver a new account opening application aimed at reducing rekeying, removing errors and saving advisers’ time. This newly developed solution, free to advisers who use Transact and intelliflo, seamlessly transfers client data from intelliflo’s practice management system directly into the Transact platform, significantly enhancing the speed and accuracy in preparing illustrations and opening wrappers. You can access the new app called ZeroKey for Platforms in the intelliflo store, free of charge, to all intelliflo users.
Plannr
Plannr are the latest to adopt the new account opening process – saving time and reducing risk for advisers. Manual data entry andthe associated risk of error when handling client data can be a headache for advisers. The partnership utilises Transact’s powerful account opening API to reduce rekeying, whilst maintaining data integrity, providing security, speeding up the process, and reducing risk for advisory firms. The new solution connects the Transact platform and Plannr’s CRM software to streamline the process of opening accounts on Transact, through the seamless transfer of client data.
If you use Plannr you can find out more details by visiting their community page.
Transaction data integrations
Our Transaction data API offers software providers a great deal of transaction level detail on all of the adviser firm’s clients. It gives the software provider/adviser the opportunity to look at a very granular level detail and run specific reports on things like inflow/outflows, distributions, and performance.
Xplan
Xplan is the next most popular back-office system amongst Transact advisers. For years they have collected Transact Valuation data. Now, they are also collecting Transact Transaction data. This new Transaction API Data will show transactions for investment & cash movements, and income events for dividends so that the position cost can then be maintained within Xplan. Existing users will have the Transaction history automatically added and new users will receive the backload of data once registered.
There will be an “Xplan Day” in the office on 11 November. COOs from top Transact firms (who use Xplan) are invited to attend along with a representative from Iress. We will discuss joint ways we can help make financial planning easier for advisers
