A leader in doing the right thing – cash interest

Cash interest can have a big impact on client platform fees. Transact pays all interest earned on pooled cash back to clients and has never retained or skimmed interest on client cash.

Our current cash interest rate is one of the highest in the market at the equivalent of 4.88% p.a. (January 2024) and cash on Transact is held across seven UK licensed banks with solid credit ratings. As the table opposite shows, cash interest can play a big part in offsetting platform fees.
