Cash

We hold cash and investments in client portfolios in accordance with our obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Client Asset (‘CASS’) rules. This is with the exception of Cash and Investments held in offshore bonds and cash deposited in term deposits, for which further information is provided in the Offshore Bond Key Features Document, Term Deposit User Guide and Client Asset Protection and Compensation User Guide. These documents are available by logging in to Transact Online.

Country-by-Country Reporting

The Capital Requirements (Country-by-Country Reporting) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013 No. 3118) implements part of the European Union’s Capital Requirements Directive (“CRDIV”). Credit institutions and investment firms must disclose certain information on a consolidated basis for each country in which the firm has a subsidiary or branch.
