Since Transact started operating in 2000 we started something of a revolution in the UK by launching the Transact wrap service. Now you might be forgiven for thinking, given our success, that we might kick back, take it easy and live off past glories. But that really isn’t our style at all! If anything, we continue to innovate, turn heads and raise eyebrows on a regular basis.
Since 2000 we’ve continued to enhance our service. We now offer full model portfolio capability – all online, Capital Gains reporting for multiple clients (used to analyse husband and wife together) links to a wide choice of discretionary investment managers, SIPP providers and other third parties, a full suite of forms that pre-populate, VAT capability on adviser payments. We have also enabled all our users to turn off paper and access just about everything online – all in one place. But in some respects this is ‘stuff’ that any self respecting wrap service should offer as standard anyway.
Which is why we will simply push on with our programme of ongoing improvement, continuing to define the sector over the next decade and beyond – helping advisers to meet the challenges of the future. Our key focus is to help our users to run profitable, modern, highly efficient and compliant businesses more easily – whilst ensuring that advisers are able to provide what is arguably the best possible service to their investor clients. Rather than spending a lot of time working out where a client is, you will be able to concentrate on finding out where they want to be and provide the professional advice that they need to achieve their goals.
